  I am so disappointed. I don't even know if thatsthe word to use. every time i request the owner to work on mine and childrens kids and they just blow me off like i don't even matter then stick me with an incompetent dentist who probably just got out of dental chool. Customer service is poor, the front dest is extrmemly rude. I requested to talk to the manager Melissa and she was very snappy. no amends were made and they did not want to cooperate to make things right. I'm so done with this place and will NOT reccomend them to anyone not even my worst enemy! they talked and gossiped the entire procure so that was the last straw! Dr k hansen was very unprofessional. my girlfriend told me in rocford is her ex husband and i would gladly go there to have it done the right way. I have hear outstanding reviews from him!
