  I got pulled over by K9 officer with a sick puppy in my car I informed the officer my dog needed medical attention immediately the K9 officer completely ignored my dog in distress and my 9year old daughter in the car and continued to arrest me instead of helping one my dog take him to the animal hospital call for back up which he did and then i had 2 K9 officers on the scene and not one helped my dog. They brought me to the station where there systems were down and I had to wait a total of 3 or more hours until I was finally released in which this whole time my dog was in distress I then rushed him to the animal hospital where My puppy passed away due to him having an anxiety and panic attack and nobody helped him Instead they were worried about arresting me and making the village of Hanover park a quick $500 for impounding my car and they didn’t even impound my car so why am I paying the village of Hanover Park a $500 fee when they are CRULEITY TO ANIMALS and my dog is now not alive because they had no sympathy remorse or a helping hand in time of need. They have not stuck to their MOTTO that is also listed on their website. I now have a 9 year old daughter who is terrified of the police and is also morning her puppy who died because of them. They are horrible officers and I will never call upon them for help in any situation. I would rate them a 0 if that was an option.

  Will give a college student $120 fine for not using a turn signal on a double turn lane. But won't go and stop all the drug dealers and gangsters roaming the streets freely causing trouble. This police station has no morale. They pick on the regular and normal citizens for the smallest mistakes while letting the real thugs and violators roam free.
